新时期大学生参与高校民主管理状况探究

A Study on University Students' Participation in Democratic Management of Their Universities in the New Age

当前大学生主要通过校方支持的"半自治半监督式"、学生组织的中介平台、学生完全自治的服务机构参与高校民主管理工作。但存在高校主体对学生参与保障力度不足、大学生参与管理效能有限、校方与学生间双向信息不对称、学生组织中介作用间断等问题。为此,要在坚持民主集中制、制度化依法参与与监督、平等和尊重的学生主体性、坚持多层次的实效性等原则的基础上,积极推进大学生参与高校民主管理实践。

At present,university students are participating in democratic management of their own university in the form of some ＂semi-autonomous and semi-supervising＂student organizations or via certain types of fully autonomous student service agencies supported by the school authority. However,their participation has been impeded by some problems such as weak support from the universities, limited effects of the management involving their participation,imbalance of information communication between universities and students and intermittence of student organizations as intermediary agencies,etc. To solve these problems,principles such as democratic centralism,systemized legal participation and supervision,respect for students＇ subjectivity and multi-level effectiveness should be adhered to encourage university students to participate in democratic management of their schools.
