浅析TEM-8阅读测试的特点与阅读策略——以2005-2013年真题为例

摘要 自2005年新版《高校英语专业八级考试大纲》实施之后,TEM-8阅读呈现新的测试特点,且难度在逐年增加,造成考生在此方面大量失分。因此,我们在分析2005-2013年真题的基础上,详细剖析TEM-8阅读的测试特点,并据此提出相应的阅读策略,以解决考生普遍反映的文章篇幅过长、时间不够用以及对所选的答案不确信等困难。 Since the new Outline of Test for English Majors in Universities was issued in 2005,the reading section of TEM- 8 has shown some new features with rising level of difficulty,which leads to students 'unsatisfactory performance in this part. According to many of them,they are generally harassed with the lengthy texts,insufficient time and lack of confidence in the choice of certain answers. To help students to solve these problems,the paper hereinafter detailed some features of the part of TEM-8 on the basis of an analysis over the papers between 2005 and 2013,and proposed relevant reading strategies.
