摘要
人力资源服务业是发展现代服务业的重点,经济发展形势的变化,冲击着传统的人力资源管理模式,也给人力资源服务业提出了新的要求和发展机遇。经济新常态时期,人力资源服务业应顺势转型发展需求,以产业园区为核心发挥市场配置作用;创新发展方式,优化产业结构;融合信息技术,重构商业模式。
As a key component in the development of modern service industries,the industry of human resources is confronted with both new challenges and new opportunities due to the changes of economic development which have shocked the traditional management mode of human resources service. In the new economic normal era,the industry shall have to adapt to the transitional development and make use of market allocation through industrial parks. This requires that a new business mode shall be constructed through innovating developmental mode, optimizing industrial structure and integrating information technology.
