A Historical Review on CPC's Consultative Democracy

协商民主制度在我国具有深厚的历史基础和鲜明的历史逻辑。在民主革命时期,中国共产党就开始了对协商民主制度的早期探索。在协商建国的过程中,制度化的协商民主开始正式形成。改革开放的新时期以来,中国共产党领导的协商民主的制度化水平进入新的发展阶段。从历史角度对中国共产党协商民主制度进行考察,对深化协商民主制度研究、加强党的执政能力建设以及推进治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的意义。

CPC＇s early efforts for consultative democracy can trace back to the stage of democratic revolution.In the later course of founding New China through consultation,that type of democracy was accepted as a matured political system. Since 1978,the democratic system led by CPC has developed into a new stage.Such facts determine that a historical review on CPC＇s consultative democracy which has a deep historical foundation and clear historical logic is of great significance for the researches of the political system itself,the construction of CPC＇s nation-governing capabilities and the modernization of the party＇s administrative system and capacity.
