应用型本科院校与属地产业合作对接一体化评价研究

摘要 应用型本科通过校企、校产、校地合作的方式加强与区域产业对接发展。在梳理了相关概念及研究现状的基础上,构建了应用型本科与属地产业合作对接的多级评价指标体系;借助层次分析法,确定了各级指标的集成权重,并对评价结果进行了深入分析。研究表明,从人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等方面对校地合作绩效实施评价,有利于深入了解合作现状和存在的问题,通过及时反馈和问题解决,提高对接发展效果。 Application-oriented universities are cooperating with local industries in the modes of university- enterprise, university-industry, or university-local government. The paper first reviewed relevant concepts and current researches, and then established a multilevel assessment target system for their cooperation. subsequently, a level-to-level evaluation was made to determine the integrative weight of targets at each level and the result was further analyzed. The research has shown that such an assessment on the performance of such cooperation from the perspectives of talent cultivation, scientific research and social service, etc. is able to help to understand the progress of cooperation and the problems in the cooperation. If these problems can be fed back and resolved in time, the effects of the cooperation may be further improved.
