现代大学制度下教授治学的路径分析

An Analysis over the Approaches of Professor-governed Academia under Modern University System

建设具有中国特色的现代大学制度是当今高等教育研究领域的重点和难点。本文从合理构建现代大学制度的角度出发,以教授治学为研究核心,以我国高校教授治学中存在的问题为切入点,分析我国高校教授治学存在问题的原因,并提出解决问题的对策,力图找到适合我国高校教授治学实施的路径,合理构建现代大学制度。

The construction of a modern university system with distinctive Chinese characteristics is both a key issue and a difficulty for current higher education researches. From such a perspective,the paper,focusing on professor-governed academia,made an analysis over the causes of the problems in the practice of China＇s universities,and proposed relevant solutions,aiming to find out some applicable approaches and establish a proper modern university system.
