The paper elaborated the bottlenecks traditional voluntary service in universities came across from2 major aspects on the basis of an analysis on its ideas,fields and methods in the 1.0 age. After a discussion on starting up non- profit businesses and relevant education for university students plus an analysis on personal traits of some entrepreneurs in the field,the paper presented whole- new ideas in the 2. 0 age of university voluntary service,and revealed the potential for the new mode to replace the traditional one. In conclusion,the paper offered an assessment on a ＂Five- in- One＂and ＂multiple- win＂optimal situation which will possibly be triggered by the business.
