随着信息时代的到来,信息化在工程造价领域显得越来越重要,为此,我们结合项目全过程造价管理,从工程设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收阶段,研究了BIM技术在建设项目各阶段造价管理中的应用,为BIM技术在工程造价领域应用得到快速推广,提供一定的借鉴价值。

The paper studies the application of BIM technology to cost management through various stages of construction projects from design,bidding and bid,construction and completion acceptance owing to the fact that Information technology appears to be more and more important in the field of project cost in the information age. Such a study may provide some useful experience and lessons for the promotion of BIM technology in the field.
