摘要
高校的改革发展为人才培养、科技创新带来了新的活力,但也出现了许多不和谐的现象。改革改变了以前的领导模式、工资薪酬水平、职务晋升制度等,损害了部分教职工的权益,教职工积极借助工会平台来发表自己的诉求,这就对工会维权提出了更高的要求。
The reform and development of colleges and universities bring new vitality to the cultivation of talents and scientific and technological innovation,but there are also a lot of disharmony phenomenons.These reforms changed the previous leadership,salary level,job promotion system,and there is damage to the rights and interests of teaching and administrative staff. Therefore,teaching and administrative staff actively express their demands with the help of union platform,which puts forward higher requirements for the trade union to safeguard legal rights of staff.
