国家矿山应急救援队拥有大量的优质资产,但受限于行业特殊性和传统观念,使得部分资产长期处于"待命"状态,利用率极低。特别在经济日益严峻的形势下,救援队应当打破传统"吃补贴"观念,提高经营意识,采取得当的措施合理盘活资产,对外创收创效,为救援队伍的持续发展提供有力保障。

National Mine Emergency Rescue Teams have a large number of high-quality assets,but limited by industry particularity and traditional ideas,makes some assets in the ＂ standby＂ state for a long time,and the utilization rate is extremely low. Especially,as the economy situation is becoming more and more severe,the rescue teams should break the traditional ＂ subsidy＂ concept,improve the management consciousness,take proper measures to revitalize the reasonable assets,create external income,provide powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of rescue teams.
