摘要 为满足工业远程网络监控的快速发展需求,设计一种基于网际组态软件WebAccess的远程异构式网络监控系统。首先以分布式控制为指导思想,确定自下而上的分层控制方案,以RS485和Profibus现场总线连接底层设备,以MCGS和WinCC构成中间控制层,最后以WebAccess完成远程控制。采用中间件技术实现不同组态软件之间的数据交互。系统综合调试结果显示,该系统集成方案合理,实现了双向远程数据信息的交互,系统整体满足设计要求,设计思路有较强的新颖性和实用性。 To meet the demand of the rapid development of industrial network remote monitoring,a kind of remote monitoring system based on the configuration software Web Access heterogeneous network is designed. First of all,according to the guiding thought of distributed control,bottom-up hierarchical control scheme is determined,with RS485 and Profibus fieldbus connecting the underlying equipment,with MCGS and Win CC forming the intermediate control layer,finally using Web Access to complete the remote control.Middleware technology was adopted to realize the data interaction between different configuration software.System integrated debugging results showed that the system integration scheme is reasonable,realizing the two-way interaction of remote data information,the overall system meets the design requirements,and design has strong novelty and practicality.
