As one of the three law s of materialist dialectics ,the law of negation of negation has been con-cerned by the academic circles ,which has formed some disputes ,and the issue of w hich is mainly about the general trend of “spiral rise” and the three stages of the negative rule .The emergence of these argu-ments is mainly because some people do not have a good understanding of the law with a dialectical point of view .
