留学人员创业园作为吸引留学人员进行高新技术研发和转化的重要平台,是实现高科技产业化的重要基地。分析了连云港市留学人员创业园建设的现状、存在问题及原因,在此基础上提出推进连云港市留学人员创业园建设的对策建议。

As an important platform to attract returned talents to do the research ,development and transformation of high technology ,business incubator for returned overseas talents is an important base to realize high -tech industriali-zation .This paper analyzes the status quo ,problems and causes of Lianyungang Business Incubator for Returned O -verseas Talents ,and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the construction of it .
