开展农村思想政治工作是大学生村官的工作职责,大学生村官较高的综合素质确保了工作顺利开展的可行性。大学生村官开展农村思想政治工作应以政策宣传、思想引导、矛盾化解为中心,同时积极建构村级思想政治工作网络体系,寻求外部资源支持,在解决农民实际问题的过程中推进农村思想政治工作的顺利进行。

Carrying out the rural ideological and political work is the one of duties of college-graduate vil-lage officials .The high comprehensive quality of college-graduate village officials ensures the feasibility of the work .The rural ideological and political work should be guided by policy propaganda ,ideological guid-ance and contradiction resolution .At the same time ,we should actively construct the network of ideolog-ical and political work at the village level ,seek the support of external resources and promote rural ideo-logical and political work in solving the farmers ’ practical problems .
