加强高职学生自我规划与管理的对策研究

摘要 当前,社会发展对高等教育提出了更高的要求,社会职业的整合与分层对高等职业教育提出了新挑战。如何提高高职学生自我规划与管理的意识与水平成为高职教育研究的一个重要命题。升学模式的层层筛选让高职学生成为差生的代名词,也忽略了高职学生的成长过程中遭受的创痛和潜在能力。从高职学生生存现状入手,对比分析了20余例不同类型高职生的访谈实录,探索了高职学生自我规划和管理能力的整合过程。基于为高职学生教育管理提供可操作性的有效途径的目的,总结了找到自我、完善自我、管理自我三个阶段,并从高职教育的目标与具体实施方法等五个方面提出建议。 At present ,social development puts forward higher requirements for higher education .T he inte-gration and stratification of social occupation also puts forward new challenges to higher vocational educa -tion .How to improve the students’ consciousness and level of self-planning and management has become an important proposition of higher vocational education research .The selection of the mode of entering the higher vocational school has become a synonym for the poor students ,and also ignores the traumatic pain and potential ability suffered by the students in their grow th .Starting from the present situation of higher vocational students ,this paper analyzes the interview records of more than 20 different types of higher vo-cational students ,and explores the integration process of self-planning and management ability of higher vocational students .It summarizes the three stages of self-improvement ,self-perfection and self-manage-ment ,and puts forward some suggestions from five aspects ,such as the goal of higher vocational educa-tion and the method of concrete implementation ,for the purpose of providing effective ways for the higher vocational education management .
