代谢综合征“痰证”人群与CDKAL1、CDKN2A/2B基因的关系 被引量:13

Correlation between metabolic syndrome with phlegm syndrome and CDKAL1, CDKN2A/2B genes

摘要 目的:研究代谢综合征(MS)痰证易感性及病位、病性证素兼杂特征与CDKAL1、CDKN2A/2B多态性的相关性。方法:采用S N P s c a n T M多重S N P分型技术,对196例M S患者及150名健康人群进行CDKAL1rs10946398、CDKN2A/2B rs10811661基因分型。结果:1痰证组(146例)BMI、FPG显著高于非痰证组(50例)(P<0.05)。2痰证组CDKAL1rs10946398中CC型与AA型比较,Cr显著升高(P<0.05);证素肺及阴虚在风险基因型CC上的分布比例显著升高(P<0.05)。3痰证组CDKN2A/2B rs10811661中TT、CT型与CC型比较,LDL-C、HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05),CT型与CC型比较,SBP、DBP、TC显著升高(P<0.05);证素胆及血瘀在风险基因型TT上的分布比例显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:痰证的形成与BMI、FPG具有一定的相关性;CDKAL1基因rs10946398风险等位基因C可能与痰证病位肺及病性兼杂阴虚的形成相关;CDKN2A/2B基因rs10811661风险等位基因T可能与痰证病位胆及病性兼杂血瘀的形成相关。 Objective: To explore the correlation between some elements in metabolic syndrome(MS)with phlegm syndrome such as susceptibility, disease location and the nature of the disease with the polymorphism of CDKAL1 and CDKN2A/2B genes. Methods: 196 cases of MS patients and 150 healthy subjects were classified according to the CDKAL1 rs10946398 and CDKN2A/2B rs10811661 genes with the SNPscan TM technology. Results: 1The BMI and FPG in the phlegm syndrome group were significantly higher than those in the non-phlegm syndrome group(P〈0.05). 2In CDKAL1 rs10946398 phlegm syndrome group, the Cr in CC gene type was higher than that in AA gene type(P〈0.05). The lung and yin deficiency occupied a higher proportion in the CC gene type(P〈0.05). 3In the CDKN2A/2B rs10811661 phlegm syndrome group, LDL-C and HDL-C in the TT and CT gene type were higher than those in the CC gene type(P〈0.05), and the SBP, DBP and TC increased in CT gene type(P〈0.05). The SBP, DBP and TC in CT gene type were higher than those in CC gene type(P〈0.05). The gallbladder and blood stasis occupied a higher proportion in the TT gene type(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The formation of phlegm syndrome was closely related to the BMI and FPG. The C allele of CDKAL1rs10946398 was the most risk factor for the lung and yin deficiency of phlegm syndrome. The T allele of CDKN2A/2B rs10811661 was the most risk factor for the gallbladder and blood stasis of phlegm syndrome.
