脉诊是中医最具特色的诊断方法,在妊娠状态辨识中占有重要地位。文章通过对历代医家关于妊娠脉论述进行梳理总结,结合妊娠脉客观化的研究成果,探析妊娠不同时期、不同病生理状态的脉诊信息特点,以期更加系统的分析妊娠脉,为妊娠脉的客观化研究提供参考。

As the most characteristic part of TCM diagnosis, pulse palpation plays an important role in pregnancy state identification. By summarizing the discussion on pregnancy pulse and combined with objective research of pregnancy pulse, this article explored the information features of different pregnancy periods and different pathophysiological states, in order to provide a more systematic analysis for pregnancy pulse.
