Discussion on the relationship between allergic rhinitis and pineal body-melatonin from the perspective of seasons

根据过敏性鼻炎季节性发病特点,松果腺分泌褪黑素的季节节律性及其对过敏免疫的调节作用,文章从天人相应的角度探讨了松果腺-褪黑素在过敏性鼻炎季节性发病中所具有的时间生物学和免疫学基础,此研究方法不仅有助于从深层次上揭示过敏性鼻炎季节性发病的机制,也为进一步防治过敏性鼻炎季节性发病提供了一定的理论和实验依据。

Chronobiologic and immunological basis of pineal body-melatonin in seasonal allergic rhinitis was discussed in this paper from the prospective of correspondence between human body and natural environment according to the characteristics of seasonal allergic rhinitis, the seasonal rhythm of pineal gland secreting melatonin and regulating action to allergy and immunity. This research method could not only reveal the mechanism of seasonal allergic rhinitis from a deeper level, but also provide certain theoretical and experimental basis for prevention of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
