Academic thought and clinical experience of TCM master ZHENG Xin in treating diabetic nephropathy

国医大师郑新医术精湛,善长于辨治慢性肾脏病。文章总结郑老诊治糖尿病肾病的学术思想和临证经验。郑老认为,糖尿病肾病病因病机基本特征是元禀赋素亏,本虚标实,以肺脾肾亏虚为本,以痰湿浊虚致瘀为标、为重、为始终。辨证上主要运用脏腑辨证法,抓住"虚""痰""湿浊""瘀"4个证素。以标本兼治为总则,治本将治肺、治脾、治肾有机结合,治标以活血化瘀通络为总法,辨致瘀成因(虚、痰、湿浊)进行分证论治。

TCM master ZHENG Xin is famous for his excellent medical skill and he is good at treating chronic kidney diseases. This paper summed up the academic thought and clinical experience of Prof. ZHENG in treating diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Prof. ZHENG believed that the basic pathogenesis of DN was inherent weakness, deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney was the primary pathogenic factor, and thestasis caused by phlegm or damp or deficiency was the second important factor, which always played important roles in the process of DN. When managing the DN, he preferred using the Zang-fu syndrome differentiation and grasping the key syndrome elements including weakness, stasis,phlegm and damp. He took the treating both manifestation and root cause of disease as the fundamental treatment principle. He treated the root cause of disease from three viscera including the lung, spleen and kidney, and treated the manifestation of disease from removing blood stasis that may be caused by weakness, stasis, phlegm and damp.
