This article summarizes and introduces Professor CHU Zhen-zhen＇s experience in differentiating and treating malignant lymphoma systematically, and her understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease. She considers that the pathogenesis of this disease is complex, the disease locations mainly include liver, spleen, and kidney, and the disease nature is deficiency in origin and excessive in superficial. Deficiency in origin mainly means deficiency of both spleen and kidney, and excessive in superficial mainly includes wind, cold, qi, blood stasis, phlegm, toxin, in which intermingled phlegm, toxin and blood stasis is always throughout the course of this disease. This paper also summarizes her unique syndrome differentiation and treatment method based ontwo stages and seven syndrome types, and introduces her characteristics of drug application and external therapy, which provides valuable experience for treating malignant lymphoma in clinic.
