Study on research index and evaluation method of interpretation in patient reported outcome

目前,生活质量量表的研究和推广运用缺少解释度体系的评价和指导,在中医药领域尤为如此。文章就解释度的重要性、概念、常用计算指标及计算方法的选择、临床意义等方面进行阐述,提出引进国际最新的量表临床解释理念和先进的现代测评技术,有助于发展更适用于临床的中医量表,更科学、规范地评价中医药临床结局,更好地指导中医药的临床应用。

Systematic evaluation and guidance of interpretation was lacked in the research and application of quality of life（QOL） scales, especially in the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） field. The importance, concept, selection of calculating parameter and formulas of the interpretation were elaborated in this paper, to put forward the idea that introduction of the latest international comprehension of the clinical scales and advanced modern evaluation technology could favor the TCM scales to be more scientific and normative in evaluating patient reported outcome, which could benefit the application of TCM.
