从痰瘀火虚论治胸痹合并失眠的研究概况

目前临床上胸痹合并失眠的现象逐渐增多,影响着疾病的发展和预后。胸痹时心的功能受损,心之气血阴阳失调,不能调节各脏腑功能,均可影响到神,从而出现胸痹合并失眠,两者的病位在心,涉及肝肾脾,病性虚实夹杂,其中"痰、瘀、火、虚"为其主要病机,临床辨证常出现心肝火旺、痰瘀扰心、心肾阴虚、心脾两虚等证,中医治疗应病、证、症结合,以阴阳的偏盛偏衰,病变的偏虚偏实来调整处方用药,从而充分发挥中医药在胸痹合并失眠治疗中的特色。
