从中医阴阳平衡探讨辐射诱发细胞基因组不稳定性及益气滋阴法防护机制 被引量:6

摘要 高原、航天航空、医疗电离辐射已被确定为公认的物理致癌因素,辐射诱导的基因组不稳定性导致基因的突变率增加,易于发生细胞癌变。它主要表现为DNA损伤修复不稳定性,染色体畸变,端粒结构改变等,从中医学角度,辐射诱发基因组不稳定性而导致的细胞稳态破坏与阴阳失衡状态有密切的相关性,在辐射防护领域内,探讨这种制约平衡关系,并提出调理阴阳平衡、扶正祛邪,益气滋阴等相关中医治则治法,以期对研究空间辐射及其防护措施具有重大意义。 Ionizing radiations from the plateau, aerospace and medical applications have been generally identified as physical carcinogenic factors. The genomic instability induced by radiation causes the increase of genetic mutation rate, which leads to cell carcinogenesis easily and is mainly presented as instability of DNA damage repair, chromosome aberrations, changes in telomere structure and so on. The genomic instability induced by the radiation can cause the homeostasis disruption of cells. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), there is a close correlation between the homeostasis disruption of cells induced by radiation and the imbalance of Yin and Yang. In the field of radiation protection, to explore the restricted balance and put forward the related therapeutic principles of TCM treatments including regulating the balance of Yin and Yang, rousing healthy energy to eliminate evils, and benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin, are of great significance in both studying the space radiation and developing the corresponding protective measures.
