仲景方治疗小儿多发性抽动症体悟

ZHANG Zhong-jing's prescriptions in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children

对张仲景经方柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤、风引汤、桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、半夏厚朴汤、甘麦大枣汤及芍药甘草汤在小儿多发性抽动症中的运用情况进行分析,提出相应经方的选用及用药要点,对提高经方治疗抽动症的疗效颇有临床参考价值。

In this paper, the author analyzed the applications of ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s prescriptions including Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction, Fengyin Decoction, Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction, Banxia Houpu Decoction, Ganmai Dazao Decoction and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children. Then, the author gave some advice how to select these prescriptions and on the key points of medication. It has clinical reference value to improve the therapeutic effects of classical prescription for the treatment of Tourette syndrome.
