运用五运六气浅析武汉地区儿童肺炎支原体感染率差异 被引量:6

Analysis on children's mycoplasma pneumonia infection rate difference in Wuhan based on theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors

摘要 目的:研究武汉地区2001年-2010年的实际气候特点及儿童肺炎支原体高发年份,并通过中医五运六气理论推算出2001年-2010年武汉地区的气候特点及疫病的高发年份,从而探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:收集武汉地区2001年-2010年因呼吸道感染在湖北省妇幼保健院、武汉市第一医院儿科和武汉市儿童医院就诊的患儿102 547例,其中男63 237例,女39 310例,对不同年份的MP-Ig M抗体的阳性率进行统计。并收集2001年-2010年武汉地区每月气象资料。结果:12003年MP-Ig M抗体的阳性率显著高于2001年(χ2=130.505,P<0.01)。2通过五运六气理论推演武汉地区2003年、2004年、2007年3个高峰年的气候特点与实际气候特点大体符合,推算的疫病高发年份与实际肺炎支原体感染的高发年份一致。结论:通过中医五运六气理论推演武汉地区的气候特点存在一定的可行性,推算武汉地区儿童肺炎支原体感染的高发年份具有一定的准确性。 Objective: To study the actual climate characteristics and the years with high incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in Wuhan from 2001 to 2010, calculate the climate characteristics and the years with high incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in Wuhan from 2001 to 2010, and then explore the correlations between them. Methods: The total of 102 547 children patients with respiratory tract infection in Hubei Provincial Maternal and Child Care Service Centre, Wuhan No.1 Hospital, and Children's Hospital of Wuhan from 2001 to 2010 were collected with 63 237 male children and 39 310 female children included. Positive rate of MP-Ig M antibody of different years was counted. The meteorological data of every month from 2001 to 2010 of Wuhan was also collected. Results:①The positive rate of MP-Ig M antibody in 2003 was significantly higher than that of 2001(χ^2=130.505, P〈0.01). ②The climatic features of 2003, 2004, and 2007 calculated by using theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors were consistent with actual climate features in general, and the year of high incidence of epidemic disease calculated by using theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors was also consistent with actual years. Conclusion: It is feasible to calculate the climate features of Wuhan by using theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, and the years of high incidence of mycoplasma pneumonia in children calculated based on this theory have a certain accuracy.
