化瘀涤痰汤治疗严重下肢动脉硬化闭塞症30例临床观察

Clinical observation of Huayu Ditan Decoction in treating 30 cases of critical lower limbs atherosclerosis obliterans

目的:观察化瘀涤痰汤治疗严重下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:通过化瘀涤痰汤治疗严重动脉硬化闭塞症30例,观察治疗前后病人的症状、体征、血液流变学、经皮氧分压以及足背皮肤温度等指标的改变,判定化瘀涤痰汤治疗严重动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。结果:30例患者经化瘀涤痰汤治疗后,症状体征有明显的改善,溃疡愈合天数明显缩短,截肢率显著降低,有效降低全血高切黏度全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞刚性指数(P<0.05),有效改善了经皮氧分压以及足背皮肤温度(P<0.01),降低血栓B2,提高6-酮-前列腺素F1α(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀涤痰汤能够有效缓解严重动脉硬化闭塞症病人的症状、体征,改善血液流变学、经皮氧分压以及足背皮肤温度,并降低TXB2,升高PGF1α,化瘀涤痰汤治疗严重动脉硬化闭塞症的临床效果明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huayu Ditan Decoction in treating 30 cases of critical lower limbs atherosclerotic obliterans. Methods： Indicator changes of symptoms, conditions, hemorheology, transcutaneous oxygen pressure and skin temperature of hand and feet were observed to determine the clinical curative effect of Huayu Ditan Decoction through treating 30 patients with critical lower limbs atherosclerotic obliterans. Results： Symptoms of 30 patients were significantly improved after being treated with Huayu Ditan Decoction. Days of ulcer healing were significantly decreased. Amputation rate was significantly reduced. Whole blood high-shear viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte rigidity index were significantly decreased. Transcutaneous oxygen pressure and skin temperature of hand and feet were significantly improved. TXB2 was decreased and PGF1α was increased. Conclusion： Huayu Ditan Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with critical lower limbs atherosclerosis obliterans, improve hemorheology, transcutaneous oxygen pressure and skin temperature of hand and feet, decrease TXB2 and increase PGF1α. Huayu Ditan Decoction has a significant clinical curative effect in treating critical lower limbs atherosclerosis obliterans.
