IL-23/IL-17炎症轴在类风湿关节炎发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 类风湿关节炎是一种以关节滑膜慢性炎症、软骨和骨的破坏为主要表现的系统性自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制复杂,研究发现该疾病的发生、发展与IL-23/IL-17炎症轴有密切关系,本文将IL-23、IL-17及IL-23/IL-17炎症轴对类风湿关节炎发病机制的影响及与该轴相关的治疗药物予以综述,为开发针对该靶点治疗类风湿关节炎的药物提供新思路。 Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic autoimmune disease with chronic inflammation, cartilage and bone destruction. The existing research has found that the development of the disease is closely related to the IL-23/IL-17 signaling pathway. In this paper, the effects of IL-23, IL-17 and IL-23/IL-17 inflammatory axis on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and the treatment of drugs related to the axis are reviewed, which provide a new way of thinking for the development of drugs for this disease.
