工程专业教育需要创建自身特色,才具有竞争优势,为此本文探索了制药工程专业特色课程体系和相应教学方法。在基础课、专业课和实践课模块中分别增设了世界性课程、讨论性课程、研究性课程、创新实践课和创业教育课,并针对学生不同阶段和特点,实行层次化、小班化、精英化、个体化和动态教学,在基本知识掌握和综合运用程度、课程方案的合理性和创新性方面评价。教育改革后学生的国际化水平、研究设计、创业水平和创新能力大幅提高。本教育改革取得了成功,为工程专业特色化教育提供了指导。

Unique feature should be established for engineering specialty in order to possess the competitive advantage, therefore, a characteristic curriculum and teaching method have been explored in this research. Global courses,discussion courses, investigational courses, innovative practice courses and enterprise education courses were added respectively in basic courses, specialized courses and practical courses. Layer teaching, small class and elite education,individualized and dynamic teaching were applied for students at different stages with different characters. Teaching quality was evaluated in the fields of basic knowledge grasp, comprehensive knowledge utilization, rationality of curriculum and students innovation. Students have made great progress in levels of internationalization, research and design, entrepreneurship and innovation after educational innovation. This innovation is successful and gives a guide for characteristic education of engineering specialty.
