基于FLUENT软件的珩磨用高精度纯油净化效果模拟分析

Simulation Analysis of High Precision Honing Pure Oil Purifying Effect Based on FLUENT Software

珩磨用高精度纯油对于机器设备的安全有效运行、降低磨损提高设备运行寿命来说具有非常重要的作用,本文主要利用FLUENT软件来对珩磨用高精度油进行仿真模拟,在仿真模拟过程中主要利用FLUENT软件来对整个循环过程和循环模式进行模拟,将仿真结果与模拟结果进行对比分析,来证明本文所设计的珩磨用高精度纯油具有十分良好的应用效果。

The high-precision honing pure oil is of great importance for the effectively and safely operating the equipment,reducing abrasion,improving equipment operating life. The paper uses FLUENT software to perform simulations by using high-precision honing oil,with the main help from the use of FLUENT software to simulate the entire cycle process and cycle mode. The simulation results will be compared to demonstrate that high-precision honing pure oil has a good application effect.
