摘要
梯形螺纹是30度的螺纹牙型角,因其内外螺纹以锥面配合所以紧固不易松动,常被用于传递动力。本文针对梯形螺纹加工中的技术难点,通过对梯形螺纹的工艺分析和加工要领的研讨,并连系FANUC 0i系统宏程序的应用,摸索出一种利用宏程序在数控车床上加工合格梯形螺纹的方式,经现实生产验证可行,也拓展了宏程序的应用领域。
Trapezoidal thread has 30 degrees thread profile angle with its internal and external thread so that the cone is fastened and is not easy to be loose. Therefore,it has often been used to transmit power. This paper analyses technical difficulties,essentials and gist in trapezoidal thread processing through process through research and discussion,and associates with a macro program application FANUC 0i system,to explore a way to use the macro program in CNC lathe qualified trapezoidal thread. This method has been proved feasible has also helped expanding the application fields of macro program.
