基于废旧锂电池的LED便携式亮度可控光源的设计

摘要 由于通信技术与设备更新换代速度的加快,产生大量闲置锂电池,若直接丢弃,将造成环境污染。废旧锂电池在对电压要求不太高的电器设备中仍可使用,且还能充电,性能优于普通干电池。本文从节能环保角度出发,设计了一种基于废旧电池的LED便携式亮度可控光源装置。该装置以废旧手机锂电池、节能LED灯珠及其驱动电路为基本模块;为实现亮度可调,辅以光敏电阻及STM32处理芯片。实验结果表明,所设计的便携式光源可在不同光照条件下自动实现亮度可调,且性能稳定,体积小成本低,具有较好的实用价值。 Due to the accelerated development of communication technology and equipment renewal,a large number of spent lithium batteries are produced and they will cause environmental pollution if discarded directly. If the voltage request of the electrical equipment is not too high,the spent lithium batteries can still be used and be charged,and the performance is superior to the ordinary dry cells. From the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection,this paper designed a brightness controlled LED portable light based on spent lithium batteries. The device 's basic module is composed of the spent phone lithium batteries,energy-saving LED lights and its driving circuit. For the realization of the adjustable brightness,photosensitive resistance and STM32 processing chip are attached. The experimental result shows that the design of the portable light can be adjusted brightness automatically under the different illumination condition,and has stable performance. The device's volume is small and cost is low,and has good practical value.
