我国普通高校乒乓球选项课教学困境研究

大学体育是学生在校期间接受体育教育的最后阶段,其运动知识、运动技能掌握的好坏不仅对其终身体育锻炼影响深远,而且对我国群众体育运动的进一步推进起着非常重要的作用。乒乓球作为我国的"国球",在高校深受学生喜爱,但目前普通高校乒乓球选项课教学却面临诸多困境,致使乒乓球选项课教学质量不高。本文就我国普通高校乒乓球选项课教学情况进行调查,对面临的困境深入分析,并提出相应对策。

College,serveing as the last stage for students have their physical education,therefore,a good command of sports knowledge,sports skills will not only have far-reaching influence on their lifelong physical exercise,but will also plays a very important role in promoting mass sports activities in our country. Table tennis has been regarded as ＂national sport＂and has received popularity among students in colleges,however the optional table tennis course faces various difficulties,leading to relatively low teaching quality. This paper surveys the teaching situation of optional table tennis course in colleges and universities in our country,analyzes related difficulties and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
