高校应对突发性事件中存在的问题及对策——基于大学生问卷调研

Problems and Countermeasures of Dealing with the Disastrous Events in Colleges and Universities——Based on the Questionnaire Investigation of College Students

高校突发性事件的发生已越来越频繁,其危害之大众所周知,如何应对非常重要。目前关于高校应对突发性事件方面的研究仍然比较缺乏,尤其缺乏以大学生为调研对象进行的相关研究。本课题组通过对湖北省高等院校大学生进行抽样问卷调查,采用比较分析和实证分析等方法分析高校大学生等当事人应对突发事件的态度、能力及管理方面的现状及相关问题,进而深入分析存在这些问题的原因,最后提出增强应对高校突发性事件的意识并加强宣传、加强应对高校突发性事件的心理引导与疏通、建立应对高校突发性事件的应急管理机制、增加应对高校突发性事件的经费投入等对策。

The disastrous events have occurred increasingly frequently in colleges and universities,which are well known to bring harm and require reasonable countermeasures. There is relatively no sufficient research currently on dealing with the disastrous events in colleges and universities,especially related research with college students as investigation object. The research groups analyzed the present situation and related issues such as students＇ attitude,ability and management towards disastrous events in colleges and universities by using comparative analysis and empirical analysis methods through sampling questionnaire survey,and then make the in-depth analysis of relevant problems. Finally,this paper puts forward several countermeasures towards the problem： enhancing the consciousness of dealing with the disastrous events in college and universities and strengthening propaganda; strengthening the psychological guidance and dredge of dealing with disastrous events; setting up the emergency management mechanism of coping with the disastrous events; and increasing the fund inputs of dealing with the disastrous events in colleges and universities.
