我国竞争教育对幼儿造成不利影响的反思——由芬兰“无竞争”教育所引发 被引量:1

摘要 芬兰实施"无竞争"教育理念,使它由"人口小国"一跃为"人才大国",而在我国,从幼儿园到大学,家长、教师总是有意或无意地向孩子传输竞争性的教育活动。实施竞争教育无可厚非且它的积极作用和价值也是值得肯定的,然而,若不按照幼儿身心发展特点,硬性地施加超越他们主体发展范畴的竞争教育,这无疑对幼儿合作意识的培养、健全人格的发展和健康心理的形成都造成不利影响。借鉴芬兰"无竞争"教育理念,我们有必要对我国竞争教育对幼儿造成的不利影响进行反思。 Finland's education philosophy of "no competition"has made itself leap from "a country with small population"to "a country with great brain power ". However in China,parents and teachers always intentionally or unintentionally transmit competitive education activities to children from kindergarten to university. The implementation of education competition is understandable and its positive role and value is worthy of recognition. However,if we don 't teach in accordance with the characteristics of physical and mental development of children and rigidly applied competition in education beyond their subject areas,there is no doubt that children 's self-consciousness formation, their cooperation consciousness cultivation,integrated personality development and the formation of the healthy psychology will endure adverse effects. In view of Finland's"no competition"education philosophy,it is necessary for us to reflect on the adverse effect of on children competition education in our country.
