高校公共选修课实施过程中存在问题及其对策研究——以天津工业大学为例

Research on the Problems of the Public Elective Courses of University in the Implementation Process and Its Countermeasure——A Case Studyof Tianjin Polytechnic University

公共选修课(下文简称"公选课"),是高校推进人才培养模式改革过程中不可或缺的一部分,对于促进学生的全面发展和个性发展并驾齐驱有着不容忽视的作用。公选课对学生的全面发展有着直接的影响,对学生的兴趣爱好培养、个性发展发挥着引导作用。研究从调研分析天津工业大学公选课实施过程中存在的问题入手,深入分析其原因,积极探索公选课改革的有效途径和对策,以期为天津工业大学及兄弟院校教育教学管理提供有益的参考和借鉴,充分发挥公选课在人才培养中的积极作用。

The public elective course（ hereinafter referred to as ＂ elective＂） is an indispensable part of the process of university for promoting the reform of personnel training mode. This part plays an important role in promoting the overall development of students who keep pace with personality development. ＂Public elective＂impacts directly on the overall development of students and plays a guiding role which cultivates the students＇ interests and personality development. This study focuses on investing and analyzing the problems in the implementation process of Tianjin Polytechnic University elective courses. Then it explores actively the effective way and countermeasures to reform the public elective courses in order to provide a useful reference for the management of education for Tianjin Polytechnic University and other universities. This is for playing the positive role of public elective course in talents cultivation.
