兰炭粉末与电石炉尾气混烧石灰窑的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在煅烧石灰用煤粉和电石炉尾气双燃料混烧双梁式石灰窑的基础上,对炭材干燥过程中产生的兰炭粉末进行回收,用兰炭粉末代替煤粉煅烧石灰,不仅可以使电石炉尾气和兰炭粉末得到充分的回收利用,而且还可以降低生产成本,产生很大的经济和社会效益。 Based on the basis of double beam lime kiln which was burned with double fuels of coal powder for lime calcined and exhaust of calcium carbide furnace,semi-coke powder was recycled in drying process of carbon material. Replacing coal powder with semi-coke powder in lime calcination not only can fully recycle the exhaust of calcium carbide and semi-coke powder,but also can reduce the production cost and make a great deal of economic benefit and social benefit.
