摘要
考虑旧混凝土路面沥青加铺层技术要求及多雨地区沥青路面的使用要求,以性能平衡协调为目标对AC-13沥青加铺层进行级配优化设计,通过5个矿料级配关键筛孔及油石比等6种因素对比分析,采用正交表试验表进行了优化试验,确立了推荐级配范围及最优级配。结合曲胜高速公路大修工程,对推荐级配进行了现场验证。结果表明各项性能指标满足要求,混合料施工均匀性良好。
Asphalt mixture test consider 6 factors including 5 key sieve and asphalt-aggregate ratio objective of performance balance. Gradation Range have been established by orthogonal optimization test according to the performance requirements of the overlay on Old Cement Concrete Pavement. Field validity shows that optimum aggregate grading by the test has satisfactory performance on Qu Sheng highway overhaul project.
