摘要
统计分析发现,2015年广西在建高速公路上面层AC-13C配合比设计过程中关键筛孔4.75 mm通过率设计值较贴近施工技术规范的控制下限,级配优化的范围过窄,为设计出性能相对优良的混合料,文章结合原材料的特性和实际设计情况,提出较为合理的级配设计范围,供广西地区高速公路设计施工参考使用。
Through statistical analysis of top layer gradation of expressway under construction in Guangxi province, it is found that passage percentage of the key sieve mesh is closes to the low limit controlled by construction specification, and the range of graded optimization is narrow. To design mixtures with excellent performance, reasonable gradation design range is put forward in this paper combining with the characteristics of raw materials and the actual design situation, which could provide reference for highway design and construction in Guangxi region.
