重庆市南岸区公共交通便捷性评价

Convenience Evaluation for Public Transport of Nan'an District of Chongqing City

公共交通的便捷性是城市快速稳定发展的保障,随着城市的扩张、经济的发展、出行范围的扩大,公共交通出行的便捷性面临了巨大挑战。为评价重庆市南岸区公共交通的便捷性是否与城市发展和居民出行相适应,文章以南岸区2014年的交通数据为基础,选取公交线路重复系数、非直线系数等13个公共交通便捷性的主要评价指标,构建南岸区公共交通便捷性评价指标体系;利用可拓物元理论,建立公共交通系统评价模型,引入熵理论确定各指标权重,对南岸区公共交通的便捷性进行综合评价。评价结果表明南岸区公共交通便捷性为第二级,尚有不少问题还需改善,为此笔者提出了增加公交线路、开通定制公交等相关建议。

The convenience of public transportation is the guarantee for the rapid and stable development of the city. The convenience of public transportation is faced with great challenges with the expansion of city, the development of economy and the expansion of travel scope. In order to evaluate whether the convenience of public transportation in Nanan district of Chongqing city is suitable for urban development and residents trip or not, according to the traffic data of Nanan district in 2014, 13 main indexes are selected evaluate the convenience of public transportation, the evaluation index system of public transportation is constructed, and the evaluation model of public transportation system is established by using the extension theory. Then the weight of each index is determined by entropy theory. Last the convenience of public transportation in Nanan district is comprehensively evaluated. The results show that the public transportation convenience of Nanan district is level 2, there are many problems to be improved, and the relevant suggestions such as increasing public transport lines, opening customized bus are put forward.
