摘要 太阳病之养生,可在太阳病初起时,辨证地煮姜葱茶、生姜红糖水等饮用,以驱风散寒解肌。另外,可用洗澡法祛风寒(适于洗澡动作稍快之人),具体如下:适量生姜,或生薤白,或大葱白等剁碎煮水,或祛风药油适量倒入热水中,适温快速洗澡,洗好保暖平躺,适量汗出即可;阳明病之养生,日常应做到以下几点:饮食中须有适量的素菜;主食不过于精细;晨起空腹饮一杯温开水,配合腹部按摩,保持心情舒畅,适当体育锤炼等,让胃肠更有动力通腑泻浊,阳静了,阴平了,阳明病也远了。少阳病之养生,重在保持心情平和,不以物喜,不以已悲,方剂可用小柴胡类方,饮食清淡为主,忌肥膏厚味,若情绪不稳,采取相关措施,打开胸怀,平静情绪。太阴病多为中虚寒湿,平素可服理中丸之类的成药以温中健脾。另,忌食冰冻之物,以免损伤脾胃。少阴病是心肾两虚,阳虚多见,日常保健可多晒太阳,尤在正午时,背向太阳,冬日可服食温补之食品,以天之时,补人之虚。厥阴病聚集了寒热错杂、阴阳不和、气血逆乱等复杂病机,日常养生则要综合前五经病之保健方法,如避风寒、畅情志、调饮食、慎起居等。总之就是:避风寒,防患于未然;气通脏腑顺,便通一身轻,表解精神爽,阳静阴也平;务必保证良好睡眠,保养肾精、肝血;避免过累、情绪不稳;切忌暴饮暴食、饮食偏嗜等。 Life cultivation to prevent disease should start with the details of daily life. Prevention of taiyang diseases shouht timely add clothing to keep warm ; Prevention of yanging diseases should take in and expel out properly ; Prevention of shaoyang diseases should keep carefree mood ; Prevention of taiyin diseases should be far away from cohl and cool substances to awfid hurting earth qi;Prevention of shaoyin diseases should pay much attention to nourishing yang;Prevention of jueyin diseases should take measures to prevent the above meridians' diseases. In a word,avoid wind and cold to prepare against possible trouble;Keep smooth qi movement to dredge the viscera;Keep stool and urination smooth;Relieve the superficies to keep good mood;Keep yang quiet to make yin peacel'ul;Guaranlee good sleep;Nourish kidney essence and liver blood;Avoid fatigue and emotional disorder;Avoid overeating,dietetic habits elc.
