基于中医传承辅助系统分析彭培初治疗慢性前列腺炎用药经验

An Analysis of Professor Peng Peichu's Medication Experience in Treating Chronic Prostatitis by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System

目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V1.1)软件,分析彭培初教授治疗慢性前列腺炎的用药经验。方法:收集彭培初教授治疗慢性前列腺炎的病案,录入中医传承辅助系统,采用该软件集成的规则分析改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析彭培初教授治疗慢性前列腺炎的用药经验。结果:对筛选出的86个处方进行分析,统计处方中各种药物的使用频次,发现药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合4个、新处方2个。彭培初教授治疗慢性前列腺炎主要以温补肾阳、清热利湿为主,主要药物有:知母、黄柏、生熟地黄、仙茅、淫羊藿、鹿角片、阳起石、葫芦巴、补骨脂、附子、肉桂、赤苓、猪苓、苍术、白术等;常用的配伍药物组合有:知母-黄柏-生地黄-熟地黄,附子-肉桂-苍术-白术,猪苓-赤苓,青风藤-海风藤-桂枝,鬼针草-凤尾草-龙葵,佛手-八月札,黄芩-玄参-连翘-半枝莲-白花蛇舌草。结论:中医传承辅助系统可用于名老中医临床经验分析与总结。

Objeetive：To analvze professor Peng Peicbu＇s medication experience in Ireating chronic pmslalitis by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system. Methods ：Collecting the ehronic prostatilis eases professor Peng Peiehu,then entering them into the TCM inheritance auxiliary system,adopiing the rules the software integraled to analyze and improve mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other dala mining methods,and professor Peng Peichu＇s mealie＇ation experience in treating chronic prostatitis. Resuhs：Based on the analysis of 86 selected preseriptions and the fi＇equeney of each herb,the association rules among herbs were discovered,4 core combinations and 2 new preseriplions were oblained fronl evolution. In terms of treating chronic prostatitis,professnr Peng Peiehu mainly flu：uses on warming and nourishing kidney yang,clearing away heat and promoting urination. The major drugs he often uses inelude Zhimu （Rhizoma Anenuarrhenae）, Juangl）ai （ Corter Phellodendri Clzinensis ） , Dihnang （ Radix Rehmannioe ） , Shudihuang （ Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata ） , Xianmao （ Rhizoma Curculiginis ）, Y inyanghno （ Herba Epimedii ）, piece of Lujiao （ Cornu Cervi ）, Yangqishi （ Actinolitum ）, Huluba （ Semen Trigonelhw ） . Buguzhi （ Fructus Psor.leae ） . Fuzi （ Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata ） . Rougui （ Corter Cinnamomi ） . Chiling （ Poria Rubra ） , Zhuling （ Polyporus ） , Cangzhu （ Rhizoma Atracty/odis ） , Baizhu （ Rhizoma Atract vlodis Mocroeephahw ）, etc. The commonlyused prescription compatibility are as follows：Zhimu-Huangbai-Shengdihtmng-Shudihuang, Fuzi-Rougui-Cangzhu-Baizhu,Zhuling- Chiling, Qingtfengteng （ Caulis Sinomenii ） - Haifngleng （ Cmdis Piperis h）u/surae ） -Guizhi （ Ramulus Cinnamomi ） , Guizhencao （ Bi- dens pilosa Linn ）-Fengweieao （Herba Peridis Multifidae ）-Longkui （tterba Solani Nigri ）, Fnshou （Fruetus Cirri Sarendaetylis ）- Bavuezha （ Fructus Akebiae ） , Huangqln （ Radix Seutellariae ） -Xuanshen （ Radix Sertq＆.lariae ） -Lianqiao （ Fructus Forsythiae ） - Banzhilian （ Herba Seutellariae Barbatae） -Baihuashesheeao（ Herba Itedvotis Diffhsae）. Conclusion ：TCMinheritanee auxiliary system can be used to analyze and summarize the famous old TCM doctors＇s clinical experiences.
