地魄汤对阴虚小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Dipo Decoctionon the Immune Function of Mice with Yin Asthenia Syndrome

摘要 目的:研究地魄汤对阴虚小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将50只ICR小鼠灌胃甲状腺素(300 mg·kg-1)制作阴虚模型,造模成功的小鼠分为模型组、六味地黄组、地魄汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组各10只,另取10只做正常组。正常组和模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,六味地黄组给予六味地黄汤3.0 g·kg-1灌胃,地魄汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别给予地魄汤3.6 g·kg-1,7.2 g·kg-1,14.4 g·kg-1灌胃,每天1次,连续10 d。分别用碳粒廓清法、溶血素抗体测定法、耳廓肿胀法检测地魄汤对阴虚小鼠单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素抗体生成(HC50)、迟发型超敏反应以及胸腺指数和脾指数的影响。结果:地魄汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组使阴虚小鼠吞噬指数和吞噬系数、HC50、胸腺指数和脾指数升高,耳肿胀度降低,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:地魄汤可增强阴虚小鼠的免疫力。 Objective:To study the influence of Dipo Decoction( DPD ) on the immune function of mice with yin asthenia syndrome. Methods:Fifty ICR mice who were given 300 mg · kg^-1 of thyroxine in the method of garage and made into yin deficiency model. The mice with successful model were randomly divided into the model group, Liuwei Dihuang Pill group, the low dose DPD group, the medium-dose DPD group, and the high-dose DPD group, each with 10 rats, 10 rats were regarded as the normal group. The ones in the normal group and the model group were given the same amount of normal saline by gavage-The ones in Liuwei Dihuang Pill group were given 300 mg · kg^-1 of Liuwei Dihuang Pill by garage;The ones in the low dose DPD group, the mediumdose DPD group,and the high-dose DPD group were given 3.6 g · kg^-1,7.2 g · kg^-1, 14.4 g · kg^-1of DPD respectively by garage, once a day.for 10 days continuously. Carbon clearance test. hemolysin antibody assay, and auricular swelling method were used respectively to determine the influence of DPD on mononuctear phagocyte phagocytosis, hemolysin antibody ( HE50), delayed type hype^ensitivity and thymus index and spleen index of mice with yin deficiency syndrome Results:In the low dose DPD group, the medium-dose DPD group,and the high-dose DPD group, phagocytic index and phagocytic coefficient, HC50, thymus index and spleen index increased, ear swelling degree decreased, compared with the model group, 'all the differences were statistic'ally significant(P 〈 O. 01 ). Conclusion :DPD can increase immunity of mice with yin asthenia syndrome.
