肾炎1号方加减联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾炎35例

Thirty-Five Cases of Chronic Nephritis Treated with Modified No.1 Prescription for Treating Nephritis in Combination with Irbesartan

目的:观察肾炎1号方加减联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年2月—2014年2月70例慢性肾炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组给予肾炎1号方加减联合厄贝沙坦治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分变化及肾功能变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为71.43%,观察组有效率为85.71%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分较治疗前显著下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肾功能较治疗前显著改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎1号方加减联合厄贝沙坦能提高慢性肾炎临床疗效,且可改善患者的临床症状。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified No. 1 Prescription for Treating Nephritis in combination with irbesartan on chronic nephritis. Methods：Seventy patients with chronic nephritis who were treated in our hospital between February of 2010 and February of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were given Modified No. 1 Prescription for Treating Nephritis in combination with irbesartan. Then the ctinical curative effects ,change of symptomatic score before and after the treatment ,and kidney function of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 71.43%, while that of the observation group was 85.71% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the symptomatic scores of the two groups were obviously decreased; And the observation group was better than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the kidney function of the two groups were obviously improved ; And the observation group was better than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified No. 1 Prescription for Treating Nephritis in combination with irbesartan can improve the clinical curative effect on chronic nephritis, and improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
