调冲安神汤治疗更年期综合征伴失眠临床研究

The Clinical Research into Climacteric Syndrome Combined with Insomnia Treated with Tiaochong Anshen Decoction

目的:观察调冲安神汤治疗更年期综合征伴失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取106例以"睡眠障碍"为主诉的更年期综合征妇女为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各53例。对照组给予右佐匹克隆治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用调冲安神汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后睡眠质量(PSQI)、生活质量(SF-36)积分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为75.5%,研究组有效率为94.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者在入睡时间、睡眠时间等睡眠质量评分均低于治疗前,研究组患者睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠治疗、催眠药物及及PSQI总分评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后两组患者入睡时间、日间功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者生理功能、社会功能等生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组患者在生理功能、情感职能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、活力、总体健康评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后两组患者社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未见严重不良反应。结论:调冲安神汤联合右佐匹克隆治疗更年期综合征伴失眠疗效显著,能有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Tiaochong Anshen Decoction on climacteric syndrome combined with insomnia. Methods ： One hundred and six patients with climacteric syndrome and ＂sleep disorder＂ as the chief complaint were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 53 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given treated with Dexzopielone Tablets, while the ones in the research group were added TCASD based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects. PSQI before and after the treatment, and changes of SF-36 scores were observed. Results ： The effective rate of the control group was 75.5% , while that of the researeh group was 94.3% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment. PSQ1 such as time of falling sleep, and sleep time, etc. of both groups were lower than those beh）re the treatment. The sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, sleep therapy, and hypnotic drugs and PSQI total score were all lower than those of the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,while after the treatment, the differences in the two groups＇ time of falling sleep and daytime function scores were not statistically signifieant（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the scores of quality of life of the two groups such as physiological function, social function scores, etc. were higher than those in the same group before the treatment. What＇s more, before the treatment, the scores of physiological function, emotional function, physical function, body pain, mental health, vitality, general health score of the research group were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ;but after the treatment, the difference in the two groups＇ social function scores was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion ： TCASD combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets has a remarkable clinical curative effect on climacteric syndrome combined with in- somnia, can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients, and their quality of life.
