平衡针刺法结合中药熏蒸治疗顽固性面瘫35例

Thirty-Five Cases of Refractory Facial Paralysis Treated with Balance Acupuncture in Combination with Fumigation of Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的:观察平衡针刺法结合中药熏蒸治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年9月—2013年10月在本院门诊或住院治疗的顽固性面瘫患者69例,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组34例。治疗组给予平衡针刺法加中药熏蒸治疗,对照组给予常规针刺法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为61.76%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后面神经麻痹程度积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针刺法结合中药熏蒸治疗顽固性面瘫临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of balance acupuncture in combination with fumigation of Chinese herbal medicine on refractory facial paralysis. Methods： Seventy patients with refractory facial paralysis who were treated in our hospital between Sept. of 2012 and Oct. of 2013 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into.the treatment group and the control group,with 35 and 34 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine acupuncture treatment, while the ones in the treatment group were given balance acupuncture in combination with fumigation of Chinese herbal medicine. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 29%, while that of the control group was 61.76% ;And the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment,the degree of facial nerve palsy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, and the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Balance acupuncture in combination with fumigation of Chinese herbal medicine has a remarkable clini- cal curative effect on refractory facial paralysis.
