针刺天柱穴配合推拿治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Twenty-Eight Lumbar Disc Herniation with Syndrome of Blood Stasis Treated with Acupuncture on Tianzhu in Combination with Massage

目的:观察针刺天柱穴配合推拿治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将58例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组27例,对照组给予推拿疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予针灸疗法,比较两组患者治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍问卷表(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评分及血清P物质(substance P,SP)水平变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后SP水平及ODI评分优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺天柱穴配合推拿治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on Tianzhu （ BL 10 ） in combination with massage on lumbar disc herniation with syndrome of blood stasis. Methods： Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation with syndrome of blood stasis who were treated in rehabilitation medicine clinic of the Affiliated Hospilal of Chengdu Universitv between May of 2013 and Oct. of 2014 were chosen as the research objects. The same amount of random codes were obtained by using the SAS proc plan prcu：ess;Then the codes would be put into an envelope according to order and made blind. When patients entered into the group, the envelope with the corresponding serial number was opened according to the number of seeing the doctor. Next, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the results of the blind table, with 30 cases in each group. During the treatment course .2 cases dropped from the treatment group, and 3 cases dropped from the control group. The ones in the con- trol group were treated with massage,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and massage. Results： After the treatment, SP level and ODI index of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ：Acupuncture on Tianzhu （BL 10） in combination with massage has a remarkable clinical curative effect on lumbar disc herniation with syndrome of blood stasis.
