摘要
电火花成形机床在装配过程中需要由装配人员反复手动转动丝杆,移动主轴进行精度检测,根据检测结果调整主轴座,从而达到主轴与工作台的垂直度装配精度要求。根据这一特点,提出一种利用直流伺服电机驱动主轴丝杆,从而达到自动移动主轴的方案,改变由装配人员手动操作的传统方法,减少劳动强度、提高精度检测的可信度。
Sinking electro-discharge machines were required manually turning the screw by the assembly staff in the assembly process.Moving the spindle was took to test accuracy.According to the test results to adjust the spindle seat,so it was achieved perpendicularity assembly precision requirements of the spindle and the table.It was proposed a scheme which using DC servo motor to drive the spindle screw,so as to realize the automatic movement of the spindle,which changed the traditional method of manually operated by the assembling staff.It can reduce the labor intensity and improve the credibility of the precision detection.
