饲料粉碎机性能实验室间比对结果分析

摘要 粉碎是奶牛饲料加工中的一道重要工序,饲料粉碎机的相关性能直接影响奶牛饲料的产品质量及饲料生产企业的生产成本。为提高饲料粉碎机械检测实验室出具报告数据的可靠性,维持系统实验室检测水平,组织22个具备饲料粉碎机性能检测能力的实验室开展实验室间比对活动,结果采用稳健Z比分数法进行评价,通过Excel建立数据处理模版对结果进行了分析。通过结果分析,参与此次实验室间比对活动的实验室出具的结果均为满意,整体检测水平能够保持一致。 Grinding is an important process in the cow feed processing,the performance of feed mill directly influences the quality of dairy cattle feed and the production cost of feed production enterprises.In order to improve the reliability of report data which provided by the feed machine testing laboratories and maintain the testing level of laboratory,comparison activity among 22 laboratories which have feed mill performance testing ability was organized.The results were evaluated with robust Z-score method and analyzed based on Excel data processing template.Satisfactory performance results were given by all the laboratories which participated in the comparison and the overall testing level remained consistent.
