摘要 为有效指导农作物秸秆的安全存储要求,针对玉米秸秆收获后,在不同环境温度下的水分变化规律以及最终达到的平衡水分进行试验研究。结果表明,新鲜的玉米秸秆收获时含水率较高,一般在60%以上,不便于存储;同一温湿度、不同处理方式下,玉米秸秆的最终平衡水分基本相同,但达到平衡水分的时间不同,粗粉玉米秸秆约7~12天左右即能达到平衡,而切断的玉米秸秆需要26~32天左右;玉米秸秆在相对湿度65%的条件下,环境温度10~35℃范围,平衡水分为15.48%~25.58%,温度越高,水分散失速度越快,玉米秸秆最终平衡水分值越低,达到平衡的时间越短。 In order to guide the secure storage of maize straw effectively,the variation under different environment temperature and final equilibrium moisture were studied after harvest.The results showed that the moisture ratio of fresh maize straw is generally above60% at harvest time and difficult to preserve.Under the same temperature,humidity and different process mode,the final equilibrium moisture ratios were the same,but the time to achieve the balance were different.Coarse maize straw and cut maize straw respectively consumed 7~12days and 26~32days.Under the condition of 65%relative humidity and the temperature range of 10~35℃,the equilibrium moisture ratio was at the range of 15.48%~25.58%.The higher temperature caused the faster moisture loss,the final equilibrium moisture value was lower and the time to achieve the balance was shorter.
