花生仁压缩及剪切特性试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 以海花1号花生仁为研究对象,对其进行三轴尺寸、压缩特性及剪切特性测试。结果表明:花生仁的长度、宽度、厚度尺寸均呈正态分布;在立放、正放及侧放条件下,花生仁的变形量与所受压力均呈先增大后减小趋势,立放时花生仁的最大破损力最小,正放次之,侧放最大;在正放和侧放条件下,花生仁所受的剪切力均随调湿比例的增加先增大后减小;花生仁宽度、厚度越大,花生仁所能承受最大剪切力越大;在正向剪切情况下,花生仁所能承受的最大剪切力整体大于侧向剪切下承受的最大剪切力。 Three axis dimension,compression properties and shear properties of Haihua 1peanut kernel were tested.The results showed that the length,width and thickness of peanut kernel were all normal distribution.Under the condition of vertical placement,positive placement and side placement,the amount of deformation and pressure of peanut kernel increased and then decreased,the smallest maximum damage of peanut kernel was achieved under vertical placement and the largest achieved under side placement.Shear stress of peanut kernel increased with the moisture ratio first and then decreased under positive placement and side placement.Peanut kernel could bear stronger maximum shearing force when the width and the thickness were larger.Peanut kernel under positive shear condition could bear larger shear stress than that under lateral shear condition.
